About Us
La Matadora Cosmetics is located in Austin, Texas. It was founded in early 2000 by founder and President, Dawn Mata Crane. After years of struggling to find a perfect blend for her skin tone Dawn set out to create a product that would not only blend with her skin but with a with a variety of olive skin tones.
Since then La Matadora has added colors for Fair Skin as well as Deep Skin Tones.
Our company believes that makeup and skin care is meant to enhance our customers natural beauty. With this in mind we set out to create products that offered color variety and were as natural and healthy as possible. Many of the traditional products have been enriched with anti-oxidants such as vitamins A, C, E , Aloe, Lavender, and Green Tea. All products are prepared with the Good Manufacturing Procedure(GMP) and follow the FDA guidelines. We also offer a Line of Minerals that are of the highest quality. All makeup and skin care is manufactured in the United States.
